POSTED 18/03/08. Car Crash Line Group has appointed Mel Goodliffe as Managing Director of Flexxilease, its £20m turnover short to medium term vehicle leasing company. Goodliffe's career spans 20 years and includes some of the most prestigious companies operating within the UK vehicle leasing and management sector, including Citigroup and more recently as Sales Director with Appleyard.
Based within Car Crash Line Group's headquarters in Verwood, Dorset, Flexxilease the internet driven company launched in 2004 now operates a diverse fleet of cars and commercial vehicles exceeding 3900 and supplied by more than 20 manufacturers. Flexxilease now employs over 40 personnel and utilises the parent company's 16 vehicle delivery centres across the UK to manage its fleet distribution.
Adrian Hayter, Chairman of Car Crash Line Group, said that he is delighted to welcome one of the industries prime innovators to head the Flexxilease operation:
