or 0870 350 3333. Without this the police could impound your vehicle until ownership is established.
Specific requirements vary from country to country and are subject to change over time, but in all EU countries you will need:
- Motoring breakdown cover
- VE103B certificate (vehicle on Hire certificate)
- International motor insurance
- Both sections of full driving licence
- Passport
